In this clause:

‘Company’ means Greenarc Fuel Cards Ltd. Registered office address is: Greenarc Limited t/a Greenarc Fuel Cards, First Floor, G Mill, Dean Clough, Halifax, HX3 5AX. Company Registration Number 08992973.

‘Customer’ means any person, firm or company or other entity who is an existing customer of the Company.

‘Prospective Customer’ means any person, firm or company or other entity who is not or has not been at any time a customer of the Company.

‘Transact’ means a fuel card issued by said ‘Company’ is used to purchase fuel for the vehicles the ‘Prospective Customer’ uses for business purposes.

‘Referral’ means when a ‘Customer’ recommends through written or verbal communication, a ‘prospective customer’ to the said ‘Company’.

-‘Prospective Customer’ referred must transact at least once before any payment will be credited to the customer that made the referral.
‘Prospective Customer’ must settle their first invoice in full before any payment by the ‘Company’ will be credited to the ‘Customer’ that made the ‘Referral’.
-A ‘Referral’ payment will only be credited to the ‘Customer’ fuel card account, if they have an open fuel card account that has active fuel cards with the ‘Company’ that is clear of any arrears, and any payments due to the ‘Company’ have been made and made on time.
-Offer valid for referrals made to the ‘Company’ up until 23:59 on 28.02.24.
-The ‘Company’ reserves the right to cancel or withdraw this offer at any time.
