Greenarc Fuel Cards is looking for a Technology & AI Analyst to help deliver the next stage of our technology and AI strategy.
This is a hands-on role spanning AI, automation, business systems, data and technology projects. You will take ideas and business problems from requirement through investigation, development, testing and implementation, keeping work moving from idea to delivery.
Your contribution
Key responsibilities
- Test and analyse AI agents, conversations and automated workflows, investigating why systems succeed or fail.
- Improve prompts, instructions, knowledge, retrieval-augmented generation, tools and workflows.
- Connect AI solutions with CRM, databases, APIs and wider business systems, using AI-assisted development tools to prototype solutions and automations.
- Measure accuracy, performance, adoption and business impact.
- Improve Greenarc's CRM, internal applications and wider business systems while investigating system and data issues to identify root causes.
- Query data, support dashboards and management information, and improve data quality and information flows.
- Own smaller technology projects and support larger strategic programmes, turning requirements into clear actions, specifications and development tasks.
- Coordinate developers, suppliers and internal teams while tracking priorities, dependencies and blockers through to delivery.
- Plan and run structured user-acceptance testing, document issues, verify fixes and turn user feedback into practical, prioritised improvements.
About you
Skills and experience
- A genuine interest in technology and AI and a desire to understand how things work.
- An analytical approach, confidence with data and a natural motivation to solve problems.
- The ability to take ownership and follow work through to completion.
- Strong organisation and attention to detail across several pieces of work.
- Confident communication with technical and non-technical people.
- Comfort experimenting with unfamiliar technology and learning quickly.
- Useful experience may include generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, prompt engineering, RAG, workflow automation, Microsoft Dynamics 365, SQL, PostgreSQL, Supabase, APIs, GitHub, web applications, Power BI, software testing, UAT or technology-project delivery.
- Basic JavaScript, TypeScript, Python or another language is advantageous, not essential.

- £35,000–£40,000 salary, depending on experience.
