This policy explains how Greenarc Limited trading as Greenarc Fuel Cards uses cookies, local browser storage, scripts and related technologies on greenarcfuelcards.co.uk. Greenarc Limited is registered in England and Wales under company number 07073877. Our registered office is 101 First House, Shuttleworth Mead Group, 12a Meadway, Padiham, Burnley, England BB12 7NG.
Cookies are small text files placed on a device. Similar technologies, including local storage and JavaScript tags, can also store or access information in a browser.
Your choices and consent
Essential storage is used only where it is needed to remember your privacy choice or provide a feature you request. It cannot be disabled through our panel because the relevant website functions would not work as requested.
Analytics is optional and is switched off by default. Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager do not load until you actively accept analytics. Rejecting optional cookies does not affect your ability to use the website.
You can choose Accept analytics, Reject optional or open Manage settings to make a category-level choice. Your choice is remembered for up to six months. We will ask again after that period, or sooner if our use of these technologies changes materially.
Essential browser storage
greenarc_cookie_consent_v1means First-party local browser storage used to remember whether you accepted or rejected optional analytics and when the choice was made. It is retained for up to six months unless you change the choice or clear browser data sooner.
greenarc-webchat-greenarcmeans Local browser storage on the Greenarc Jobs chat service. It is created only after you send a chat message and holds a random visitor token so the service can reconnect you with that conversation. It contains no message text and remains until you clear that service's browser storage.
The Greenarc Jobs chat panel is supplied from greenarc-jobs.vercel.app. Loading the panel sends normal technical request information and the current page URL to that service. If you choose to send a message, the name, email, company, message or attachment you provide is used to deliver and manage that conversation as described in our Privacy Policy.
What analytics tells us
When you consent, Google Analytics 4 may receive information such as pages viewed, referral source, browser and device characteristics, approximate geographic information and selected interaction events. We use this to understand website performance and journeys including fuel-card application clicks, card-finder results, contact-enquiry completion, Careers application completion when Careers is available, telephone and email link clicks, and site-locator visits.
We configure these events not to include names, email addresses, telephone numbers, free-text form contents, uploaded CVs or chat messages. We do not currently use advertising or marketing cookies on this website; advertising storage, advertising user data and advertising personalisation remain denied.
Google Analytics 4 is delivered through Google Tag Manager container GTM-57LGW2S using measurement stream G-KWQK7R3ETE.
Changing or withdrawing your choice
Open Cookie settings in the footer of any page to review or change your choice. Withdrawing analytics consent takes effect immediately and the page reloads without optional Google tags. You can also delete or block cookies and local storage through your browser settings, although doing so may cause the banner to appear again or stop requested features from remembering their state.
